One can title anything saved, or use tagging. For recall, one can search from the site (or sidebar in firefox) by tags, title, or content. You can setup a searchbox, or search from the urlbar with a keyword. This is key because I haven't figured out a way to do this from evernote, and was a factor in choosing diigo.
